No Bake Oreo Cheesecake
Ingredients:
| 1 pkg | Oreo cookies - 36 cookies |
| 5 tbsp | butter, melted |
| 8 oz | cream cheese |
| ¼ cup | sugar |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
| 1 cup | milk, warm |
| 1 pkg | unflavored gelatin |
Instructions:
- Separate cream from cookies. Place cream in one bowl and Oreo cookies in a gallon-sized ziploc bag
- Crush Oreos in Ziploc bag until fine, and set aside one cup for the topping
- Mix the rest of the crumbs with the melted butter
- Place mixture in a 9-inch baking pan and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes
- In a separate pot, mix cream cheese, sugar, cream from cookies and vanilla extract on low heat until smooth
- Mix warm milk with gelatin and pour into cream cheese mixture. Stir until it bubbles slightly
- Remove cookie-crust from refrigerator and pour mixture into the pan
- Sift 1 cup of dusted cookie crumbs on top
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours before cutting and serving
