Biscuits and Gravy
Ingredients:
| 1 lb | regular ground pork sausage |
| 1/3 cup | flour |
| 3 cups | 2% milk |
| To taste | black pepper |
| 4 | hard boiled eggs |
| 1 pkg | Grands Biscuits |
| shredded cheese |
Instructions:
- Cook the Grands Biscuits according to the package directions and set aside
- Brown the sausage in a skillet
- When the sausage is cooked through, add the flour
- Let the flour coat the sausage
- Add 3 cups of milk and stir constantly
- When the gravy is thickened, add the diced hard boiled eggs
- Spoon gravy over halved biscuits and garnish with shredded cheese
- Enjoy!
