Bacon Ranch Dip

This recipe has quickly become a family favorite. It all started when we wanted to make a dip and found things in the kitchen that just made sense.

Ingredients:

8 ozcream cheese
1 csour cream
1red bell pepper, diced
1 packetHidden Valley ranch powder/mix
3-5slices of bacon
1-2 cspinach (frozen is easier but fresh works ok too)

Instructions:

  1. Allow cream cheese to soften
  2. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together
  3. Add ranch powder and stir
  4. Dice bell pepper, spinach, and bacon
  5. Mix all together
