2 cupsflour
1/4 cupoil
1/4 cupsugar
2 tbspbaking powder
2 cupsmilk -- more or less depending on texture desired


baking soda


  1. Add flour and sugar to a mixing bowl
  2. Follow with baking powder and baking soda
  3. Make a crater in the dry ingredients and add milk
  4. Crack the eggs in a separate container then add to the mixture
  5. Mix with a spoon until well incorporated
  6. Add vegetable oil into the mixture and stir gently -- just one time
  7. Pour waffle batter in a well heated waffle maker
