I’m Trey Nakamura and I’m 12 years old. I was always curious about what my parents were cooking in the kitchen, and I wanted to learn. Now, I like to experiment in the kitchen and try to make things better.

Ingredients:

1 lbahi filet cut into ½ inch cubes
1 tspalae or rock salt
⅓ cupmayonnaise (Kewpie or Best Foods)
2 tbsptobiko
1 tspsesame oil
¼ cupgreen onions - thinly sliced
To tastesriracha

Instructions:

  1. Chill all ingredients – except for salt and sesame oil
  2. Place cubed Ahi in a colander to drain liquid
  3. Pat Ahi cubes with a paper towel if needed
  4. Mix all ingredients listed in the order above
  5. Add sriracha to the level of spiciness you want
  6. Enjoy!
