This is probably one of the simplest dinner recipes you will find! All you need is pork, shoyu, oil, and fresh watercress. Simple enough? If yes, then you're ready for a delicious meal – best served with poi or rice.
|1 lb||pork, thinly sliced|
|1 bunch||watercress, cut in 2 to 3 inch pieces|
|¼ cup||canola or vegetable oil|
- Coat the bottom of the pot with oil and cook pork over medium heat, stirring constantly
- Add in shoyu and bring to a simmer
- Add watercress, cover, and simmer until watercress is soft
