I am Kiara Kawaipio Young and I am 9 years old. I was part of the Girl Scouts for four years, and someone shared a brownie recipe with me using the Girl Scouts Thin Mints cookies. This recipe has been my family's favorite -- especially my mom -- who can't go without the Girl Scouts Thin Mints cookies.

Ingredients:

1 sleeveGirl Scouts Thin Mints cookies
1 boxBetty Crocker milk chocolate brownie mix
3 tbspwater
1/2 cupvegetable oil
2eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Lightly crush the cookies into ½ inch pieces, and set aside
  3. Stir brownie mix, water, oil and eggs in a medium bowl until well-blended
  4. Add cookies into brownie mix, and stir gently until cookies are well-covered
  5. Pour mixture in a greased 8 x 8 inch pan and evenly spread the batter
  6. Bake for 49-51 minutes, or until toothpick pulls out clean
