Milk Chocolate Brownies with Girl Scout Thin Mints
Ingredients:
| 1 sleeve | Girl Scouts Thin Mints cookies |
| 1 box | Betty Crocker milk chocolate brownie mix |
| 3 tbsp | water |
| 1/2 cup | vegetable oil |
| 2 | eggs |
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Lightly crush the cookies into ½ inch pieces, and set aside
- Stir brownie mix, water, oil and eggs in a medium bowl until well-blended
- Add cookies into brownie mix, and stir gently until cookies are well-covered
- Pour mixture in a greased 8 x 8 inch pan and evenly spread the batter
- Bake for 49-51 minutes, or until toothpick pulls out clean
