Ingredients:

4 boxes, any flavorJell-O, 3 oz each or two 6 oz
1/2 - 2/3 cupsugar
6 packs or scant Tbsgelatin
6 cupswater, boiling
3/4 cupswater, cold

Instructions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients -- Jell-O, sugar, and gelatin in large bowl
  2. Add boiling water. Mix until clear and sugar is melted.
  3. Add ¾ cup cold water and stir
  4. Pour into 9 x 13 baking pan and let set in fridge
  5. Cut into small squares -- 1-2 inch for bite size pieces
  6. Jello should be firm and can be put in a bowl for serving. For a more festive look, make more than one color and mix after cutting -- red and green squares for Christmas, red and blue for 4th of July.
