This dish is special because my dad and I cook this dish on Friday nights. This recipe is a tribute to where my father grew up. His mother cooked this dish for him and now he is teaching it to me. This recipe has a fusion of the local culinary culture of Hawaii. I love this dish and I hope you do too.

1onion, diced
2 lbsground beef
