Almond Roca Crackers

This is one of my favorite treats my mom makes that doesn’t last long at home or at potlucks!


1/2 boxDiamond Bakery graham crackers -- broken into single squares
1 blockbutter
1/4 cupsugar
Almonds, chopped


  1. Cover a cookie sheet with foil and place crackers side by side in center
  2. Melt butter and sugar in small pot until it bubbles and slightly thickens
  3. Pour mixture on the crackers and spread evenly, covering all crackers
  4. Sprinkle chopped almonds
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for about 15 minutes, until mixture becomes smooth and starts to brown
  6. Place crackers on a cooling rack until cool and place in an airtight container
