Ingredients:
| 3 | medium eggplants |
| 3 | eggs |
| 1 tsp | garlic salt |
| 1/2 cup | oil |
Instructions:
- Grill eggplant
- Peel outer layer, then soak in egg with garlic salt mixture
- Grill again to cook egg mixture
