Ingredients:

3medium eggplants
3eggs
1 tspgarlic salt
1/2 cupoil

Instructions:

  1. Grill eggplant
  2. Peel outer layer, then soak in egg with garlic salt mixture
  3. Grill again to cook egg mixture
