Cheesy Potatoes
Ingredients:
| 2 bags | hash browns |
| 1 cup | sour cream |
| 1 cup | cottage cheese |
| 2 cans | cream of mushroom soup |
| 1/2 cup | butter |
| 1 | onion, chopped |
| 2 cups | cheddar cheese |
| parmesan cheese, optional |
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients except parmesan
- Spread into a lightly greased pan
- Sprinkle with parmesan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1-½ hours
