3 lbspork belly
1/2 tspground black pepper
1/2 tspwhole black peppercorns
2 clovesgarlic
6 piecesbay leaves
3 tbspvinegar
2 tbsplemon juice
1/4 cupsoy sauce
1 tspbrown sugar


  1. Mix all the ingredients together
  2. Marinate for half an hour
  3. Simmer for 1-2 hours on medium heat
