Ahukini Business Park

Aloha Ahukini Business Park Owners,

Construction of Ahukini Makai Subdivision began in November 2024 when dust screens were erected and other best management practices installed. Construction was estimated to be completed by the end of 2026. Grading of the 140+ acre site started on the northern end to properly balance the earthwork, construct Waialeale Street, and construct the detention basin within Lot 4 that will service the Ahukini Business Park (ABP). The detention basin is complete and significant progress was made on Waialeale Street to grade the road and install sewer and drainage facilities. Water and electrical facilities are currently being installed.

The lots and road within the ABP, Kinipopo Street, are graded. Sewer facilities within Kinipopo Street are complete and water facilities are currently being installed. Electrical improvements will follow along with the final grading of the lots and paving of the roads.

Physical construction of the entire subdivision is expected to be completed by the end of June 2026. Inspection and acceptance of the subdivision by the government agencies will follow. At that point, the ABP lots will be accessible via Ahukini Road and Waialeale Street. The final tie-in of Waialeale Street to Kapule Highway remains scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026.
