Ahukini Business Park

Aloha Ahukini Business Park Owners,

Construction of the Ahukini Makai Subdivision is progressing well. Accounting for the heavy rains this year, physical completion is anticipated early August.

Utility installation is nearing completion. Water infrastructure is anticipated to be fully installed by the end of this month, with testing and tie-in to follow shortly. Electrical improvements within Waialeale Street are complete, and work within Kinipopo Street is approximately 50% complete.

With underground utilities nearing completion, the remaining scope of work is primarily surface improvements, including fine grading, curb, gutter, and paving throughout the subdivision.
